Whether we've been friends for a long time, we just met, or we haven't met yet, I'm looking forward to being your go-to resource for everything Real Estate related...and I would of course be happy to share recommendations for my favorite local vendors, restaurants and hiking trails, too!

I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

A little more about me...

Born + raised on the Southside of Chicago, Raegan worked as a police officer for 12 years before moving to Colorado with her husband and four super-cute daughters in 2018, looking for a better day-to-day quality of life, which they definitely found here!

With a BS in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and a servant's heart, Raegan loves to help people - listening with compassion and helping people problem solve are skills she prides herself in, especially when helping our "everyday heroes" - police, fire, armed service members, teachers, etc! Those who give to our community/country deserve top-notch service, which is why she is a Homes For Heroes affiliate!

When Raegan isn't helping her clients make smart moves, you'll find her taxiing her busy kiddos from activity to activity or refereeing their spats, taking a HIIT class, or getting outside for a hike to explore our gorgeous state!
